Take notice that on the 17th day of September 2004, an application for putting Design & Build Solutions (1998) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on the 9th day of December 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fletcher Concrete and Infrastructure Limited (trading as Firth), whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Anderson Lloyd Caudwell, Solicitors, Ground Floor, Otago House, corner of Moray Place and Princes Street (Private Bag 1959), Dunedin.
