Take notice that on the 16th day of January 2004, an application for putting Mac Rata Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 19th day of February 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Showerwell Doors Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Hesketh Henry, Lawyers, Level Eleven, 41 Shortland Street (Private Bag 92-093 or D.X. C.P. 24-017), Auckland 1.
