Take notice that on 1st day of October 2004, an application for putting Dry Ridge Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Greymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Greymouth on the 10th day of November 2004 at 11.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Ravensdown Fertiliser Co-operative Limited, whose registered office is at Level One, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, and whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) Posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) Left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. W.P. 20-307, Christchurch.
