Take notice that on the 27th day of August 2004, an application for putting into liquidation Te Kakara O Te Inano Trust by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Thursday, the 21st day of October 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application, must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is offices of the Inland Revenue Department, Claudelands Road, Hamilton.
