Take notice that on the 10th day of August 2004, an application to put Marine Services Te Puke (2002) Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 11th day of October 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
