And-Staplelok Fencing (NZ) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its address for service and registered office at 49 Churchill Road, Murrays Bay, Auckland-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 29th day of July 2004, an application for putting Staplelok Fencing (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of October 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Farmlands Trading Society Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Wrigley Law, Solicitor, 35 Strome Road, R.D.3., Napier.
