Take notice that on Tuesday, the 31st day of August 2004, an application for putting The Skincare Company Franchising Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 27th day of September 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is TOWER Property Nominees Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Phillips
Fox, Solicitors, Seventh Floor, TOWER Building, 50-64 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
