Take notice that on the 9th day of August 2004, an application for the appointment of a liquidator and for putting Shetty Corporation Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of October 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Kiwi Property Holdings Limited and Shortland Properties Limited, whose address for
service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 1433, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 24-024, Auckland; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (09) 358 2055.
