In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Scott Hindmarsh, of Flat Two, 112 Pukuatua Street, Rotorua, support analyst-Plaintiff:
And-MI5 Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Ferrier Hodgson & Co., Level Sixteen, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, and carrying on business there and elsewhere as web designers-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 16th day of July 2004, an application for putting MI5 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 13th day of September 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Scott Hindmarsh, whose address for service is at Macfarlane Dougall Stringer, Level One, Langwood House, 90 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
