into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 5th day of August 2004, an application for putting Campaign for a Better City Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 27th day of September 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Transit New Zealand, whose address for service is at the offices of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, Solicitors, Level Four, Optimation House, 1-13 Grey Street (P.O. Box 993), Wellington.
