Take notice that on Friday, the 19th day of December 2003, an application for putting Kiwi Optical Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 12th day of February 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
