Take notice that on the 19th day of July 2004, an application for putting Gilbert's Cartage Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, the 9th day of September 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Rick John Tyro, whose address for service is at the offices of Margot Joy Nicholson, Solicitor, Level Five, Campbells Building, corner of Vulcan Lane and High Street (P.O. Box 2569), Auckland.
