Take notice that on the 14th day of July 2004, an application for putting Carterton Community Centre Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Masterton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 30th day of August 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are John Crawford, Elaine Brazendale, Frank Craig, Maureen Craig, Evelyn Dearnley, John Gordon, Julie Hallam and Ewen Hyde (being the members of the Carterton Community Centre on its behalf), whose address for service is at the offices of Gawith Burridge, Solicitors, First Floor, Gawith Burridge Building, Queen Street (P.O. Box 454 or D.X. P.A. 89-005), Masterton.
