Take notice that on the 6th day of July 2004, an application for putting into liquidation Waiapu Work Trust by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Gisborne.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Gisborne on Friday, the 27th day of August 2004
at 9.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is offices of the Inland
Revenue Department, Claudelands Road, Hamilton.
