Take notice that on the 12th day of July 2004, an application for putting New Zealand Wholesale Cars Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
This application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 2nd day of September 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Speirs Group Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Level Three, Gibson Sheat Centre, 1 Margaret Street, Lower Hutt.
Documents may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Private Bag 31-905, Lower Hutt; or
(b) left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, D.X. R.P. 42-008, Lower Hutt; or
