Take notice that on the 14th day of July 2004, an application for putting Auckland City Developments Limited (previously known as The National Finance Corporation of New Zealand Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 16th day of August 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Prime Television New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Paul Thomas, Level Two, Baycorp Advantage House, 15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland.
