Take notice that on the 17th day of June 2004, an application for putting Burrell Demolition Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 19th day of August 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are William Tau'au and Norma Tika McDonald, both of Auckland (in their capacities as trustees
of the McDonald Family Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Carson & Co Law, Solicitors, Level Four, 34 Mahuhu Crescent, East on Quay, Parnell, Auckland.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the plaintiffs' address for service.
