Take notice that on the 27th day of April 2004, an application to put Aviation New Zealand Wing Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed
in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 5th day of August 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
