Take notice that on Monday, the 24th day of June 2004, an application for putting Pukete Land Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 9th day of August 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Robert Cunningham Construction Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Level Twenty-two, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland (Attention: A. J. B. Holmes).
