Take notice that on the 2nd day of June 2004, an application for putting Building Concepts Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Welington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 19th day of July 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is TDC Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street (P.O. Box 4199 or D.X. C.P. 20-509), Auckland.
