Take notice that on the 17th day of May 2004, an application to put Aqua-Seal Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 22nd day of July 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is MBT (New Zealand) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Holmden Horrocks, Solicitors, Level Four, 350 Queen Street, Auckland 1.
