into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 14th day of November 2003, an application for putting Grand International Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Wanganui.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on the 25th day of August 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is at the offices of Cameron Ross Law Partnership, Solicitors, Third Floor, Wairere House, corner of Bates Street and Somme Parade, Wanganui.
