Take notice that on the 26th day of May 2004, an application for the winding up of Triway Heating Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Thursday, the 1st day of July 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is at the offices at Cruickshank Pryde, 42 Don Street (P.O. Box 857), Invercargill.
Documents may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 857, Invercargill, or;
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. Y.A. 90-002 or;
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to (03) 214 4760.
