Take notice that on the 5th day of May 2004, an application to put Inca Builders Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 17th day of June 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
