Take notice that on the 30th day of April 2004, an application for putting Marengo Equines Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 31st day of May 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Rangiora Timber and Trellis (a division of Smiths City (Southern) Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Receivables Management (NZ) Limited, Third Floor, 155 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
