Take notice that on the 22nd day of April 2004, an application for putting Amcad Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 31st day of May 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Baldwin Shelston Waters, whose address for service is care of Credit Consultants Debt Services NZ Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street, Wellington.
