Take notice that on Thursday, the 18th day of March 2004, an application for putting Yaldhurst Farms 2000 Limited, Global Finance Limited, Global Gold Limited, Coast Credit Limited, Finance Direct Group Limited, Time's Up Limited, Capital Funding Limited, Capital Investment Nominees Limited, Capital Mortgage Nominees Limited, Global Haulage Limited, Capital Mortgage Limited and Capital Development Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 17th day of May 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any persons, other than the defendant companies, who wish to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is John Robert McPherson, Assistant Registrar of Companies, whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Solicitors, Level Nine, Clarendon Tower, corner of Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
