And-Konore Development Limited, a duly incorporated company having its address for service and registered office at Unit 2, 5 Rata Street, Helensville-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 9th day of February 2004, an application for putting Konore Development Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 13th day of May 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Hirepool Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Consultants Debt Services NZ Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street, Wellington.
