Take notice that on Tuesday, the 23rd day of March 2004, an application for the liquidation of Bishops Wood Estate Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on Monday, the 10th day of May 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Customs Service, whose address for service is at the offices of Phillips Fox, Solicitors, Twenty-second Floor, Phillips Fox Tower, 209 Queen Street, Auckland.
