In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Colonial Investments Limited-Plaintiff:
And-CJL Transport Limited-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 9th day of March 2004, an application for putting CJL Transport Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 10th day of May 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Colonial Investments Limited, whose address for service is at Macfarlane Dougall Stringer, Level One, Langwood House, 90 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff or the plaintiff's solicitor.
