Take notice that on the 29th day of March 2004, an application for putting Fimiston Finance Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 3rd day of May 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the 29th day of April 2004.
A statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
The plaintiff is Highland Park Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of Wynyard Wood, Solicitors, Level Fifteen, 51-53 Shortland Street (P.O. Box 2217), Auckland.
