Take notice that on the 5th day of March 2004, an application for the liquidation of Designer Villages Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 5th day of April 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Television New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Phillips Fox, Solicitors, Twenty second Floor, Phillips Fox Tower, 209 Queen Street, Auckland.
