Take notice that on the 10th day of February 2004, an application for putting Lithgow Charitable Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Monday, the 22nd day of March 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant charitable trust, who wishes to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
