Take notice that on Friday, the 23rd day of January 2004, an application for putting Southern Furniture & Appliances Limited (trading as South Dunedin Furniture & Bedding) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Monday, the 29th day of March 2004 at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
