Take notice that on the 21st day of November 2003, an application for putting Newlands Drainage & Bulldozing Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 8th day of March 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Locker Group (NZ) Limited (previously known as Richardson Pacific (NZ) Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Wynyard Wood, Level One, corner of Ti Rakau Drive and Harris Road, East Tamaki, Auckland.
