Take notice that on the 27th day of January 2004, an application for putting A. & S. Johns Automotive Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 8th day of March 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Repco Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Receivables Management (NZ) Limited, Third Floor, 155 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
