Take notice that on the 28th day of January 2004, an application to put Farmyard Furniture Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 1st day of April 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Mirotone (NZ) Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, solicitors for
the above-named plaintiff, Level Twenty-two, Vero
Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland (Counsel Acting:
R. B. Arthur).
