Take notice that on the 30th day of January 2004, an application to put Pro Topline Limited (trading as
Glucina Metals) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 1st day of April 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Cheviot Alloy Wheels Limited
(in receivership), whose address for service is at the
offices of Messrs Connell & Connell, Level Fifteen,
ASB Bank Centre, corner of Wellesley and Albert
Streets, Auckland.
