Notice is hereby given that CLS Bank International has notified the Reserve Bank of amendments to the rules of the CLS System.
The Reserve Bank agreed to those amendments on
3 December 2004.
Accordingly, pursuant to section 156L of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, for the purposes of the designation of the CLS System:
The rules of the system are now the Settlement Member Agreement in the form dated 31 August 2004, and
the CLS Bank International Rules dated 19 September 2002, including the amendments agreed to by the
CLS Bank International board on 15 October 2004 and 30 November 2004.
