Pursuant to section 49 of the Privacy Act 1993, I give notice as follows:
1. The Credit Reporting Privacy Code 2004:
(a) was issued on 6 December 2004; and
(b) will come into force on 1 April 2006 (except for clauses 7 and 8 which will come into force on
1 April 2005).
2. Copies of the code may be inspected free of charge at the offices of the Privacy Commissioner, 51-53 Shortland Street, Auckland and 109-111 Featherston Street, Wellington.
3. Copies of the code are available for purchase from the offices of the Privacy Commissioner and may be inspected or downloaded free of charge from the
