Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert B. Walker and John
M. Scutter, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed liquidators of The Skincare Company Franchising Limited on the 27th day of September 2004 at 10.58 a.m., being the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 30th day of November 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
