Comments are invited on the following proposed marine protection rules developed under the Maritime Transport Act 1994:
Marine Protection Amendment (No. 2) Rules which amend:
Part 121A: Ships Design and Construction-Oil Tankers; and
Part 123A: Documents-Oil
Comments should be made by 27 February 2005.
