Pursuant to section 161 (3) of the Land Transport Act
1998, notification is hereby given of the making of Land Transport (Road User) Rule (Rule 61001), Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices (Rule 54002) and Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Lighting (Rule 32005).
These rules will come into force on 27 February 2005.
These ordinary rules are available for inspection free of charge at the Head Office of Land Transport New Zealand, 7-27 Waterloo Quay, Wellington, and for purchase in December 2004 at bookshops that sell legislation.
Copies of Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices
and Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Lighting in bound and loose leaf format, and Land Transport (Road User) Rule
in loose leaf format, are available direct from Wickliffe Limited, P.O. Box 932, Dunedin.
Copies of Land Transport (Road User) Rule in bound format can be obtained from Legislation Direct, P.O. Box 12-357, Wellington.
