On 26 March 2003, TelstraClear Limited, CallPlus Limited, Compass Communications Limited, IHUG Limited and WorldxChange Communications Limited applied, under section 31 (b) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), for a multinetwork services determination concerning the formula for apportioning the cost of delivering both local and cellular number portability ("the application").
Pursuant to section 36 (1) (c) of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice that it has made a draft determination on the application.
Submissions on the draft determination are due by close of business on 7 February 2005.
