On 4 November 2004, TelstraClear Limited applied, under section 20 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), for a determination concerning price and non-price terms for access to a number of retail services offered by means of Telecom's fixed telecommunications network.
Pursuant to section 25 (1) (c) of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice that it has decided, under section 25 of the Act, to investigate the application.
