Bitstream Application
On 4 November 2004, TelstraClear Limited applied, under section 20 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), for the Commerce Commission to determine terms of supply for
(i) access to, and interconnection with, Telecom's fixed PDN (Public Data Network), and
(ii) access to Telecom's Fixed PDN backhaul ("the application").
Pursuant to section 25 (1) (c) of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice that it has decided, under section 25 of the Act, to investigate the application.
