the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as follows.
The following fixed installation operated by Shell Todd Oil Services Limited is designated a port security area:
The "Whakaaropai", a floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) facility, approximately 50 kilometres off the Taranaki coastline at co-ordinates latitude 39 39'24?S and longitude 173 18'26?E.
