Port of Napier Limited
I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as follows.
The following areas are designated port security areas at the Port of Napier, the port facilities operated by Port of Napier Limited:
All that port area within the fenced boundary bordered by Breakwater Road from the gate house to the western side of the container terminal. It includes all of the container terminal areas, all of the wharves and that area contained between Cassidy Quay No. 1 and Higgins Wharf No. 2 to and including the Breakwater.
