I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as follows.
The following areas are designated port security areas
at Marsden Point, the port facilities operated by
New Zealand Refining Company Limited:
All that port area within the fenced boundary bordered by the western Jetty Access Road entrance, the beach frontage to the eastern gate, the inner refinery boundary fence and the walkway to and including the jetties.
