Port Marlborough New Zealand Limited
I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as follows.
The following areas are designated port security areas at
the Port of Picton, the port facilities operated by Port Marlborough New Zealand Limited:
1. Waitohi Wharf
All that area within the port known as Waitohi Wharf from the fence and gate at the land end to the seaward end of the wharf facilities.
2. Waimahara Wharf, Shakespeare Bay
All that area within the port known as Waimahara Wharf, Shakespeare Bay bordered by the gates and fences at Westshore Road, the fence beside Queen Charlotte Drive to Shakespeare Bay and Waimahara Wharf and the "toe of batter" on the north side.
